The Netzwerk Foundation offers opportunities to adolescents and young adults who find it a challenge to access the regular working world. These include training and structured courses in gastronomy, retail, carpentry, maintenance, and vegetable gardening. An experienced, interdisciplinary team of qualified social education teachers and workers, vocational specialists, and instructors works closely with the trainees in the working environment.
As an officially recognized work/life integration project, Bogen F has close ties with the real-world economy. It guarantees realistic, customer-oriented vocational training and occupational practice.
