AIP - Arbeitsintegrations Projekt (Work Integration Project)

The Netzwerk Foundation founded its Work Integration Project (AIP) for adolescents and young adults in 2005. It targets young people with personal, family and social problems or learning difficulties, who have little chance of finding a place where they can learn a vocation on the conventional labour market. Various AIP-run projects offer participants a wide range of occupational and vocational training positions in restaurants, the retail trade, vegetable gardening or carpentry. Here, they are closely supervised by a team of social education workers, vocational trainers and teachers, who offer them on-the-spot support and individual advice.
